1、切割效果不好或切不穿?
功率設置偏小(xiao),電位(wei)器(qi)擰小(xiao),光偏,鏡(jing)片臟,聚焦鏡(jing)片裝反(fan),焦距(ju),激光電源,激光管功率衰減,水溫過高,電壓不穩等根據實際(ji)情況確定,由簡如深。
2、連接不上設備?

在水(shui)路通暢激光電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)啟動的(de)情(qing)況(kuang)下首先(xian)測激光電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)直流48v是(shi)否正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang);激光管(guan)25針(zhen)插(cha)件的(de) 4腳(jiao)和(he)13腳(jiao)的(de)導通情(qing)況(kuang)能導通表明水(shui)保護信(xin)號(hao)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang),不(bu)(bu)能導通檢查水(shui)保護;測7腳(jiao)和(he)20腳(jiao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)情(qing)況(kuang)不(bu)(bu)按預調或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)開始(shi)時直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)在4到(dao)5V左(zuo)右,按預調或(huo)(huo)開始(shi)在1到(dao)3v左(zuo)右為正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)信(xin)號(hao)(低電(dian)(dian)(dian)平導通)。若水(shui)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)和(he)這兩個(ge)信(xin)號(hao)都(dou)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)一般可(ke)以判斷是(shi)激光管(guan)故障。若信(xin)號(hao)不(bu)(bu)正(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)則說(shuo)明是(shi)板卡問(wen)題(ti)或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路問(wen)題(ti)。
18、射頻激光管更換后顯示激光管連接錯誤?
在接(jie)插(cha)件(jian)(內部線(xian)無脫(tuo)焊(han)短路(lu)),電源線(xian)(左正右負負極與地線(xian)同接(jie)),水(shui)路(lu)連(lian)接(jie)正常(chang)重新啟動(dong)冷水(shui)機和(he)設備后仍無法正常(chang)連(lian)接(jie)的一般是二(er)十五(wu)針接(jie)插(cha)件(jian)的連(lian)接(jie)電路(lu)板的問題壞掉或者不(bu)兼容(rong)如加密管(guan)和(he)非(fei)加密管(guan)的該電路(lu)板不(bu)兼容(rong)

50、開機小車不回原點,切不能移動?
